Returns policy :
Goods which proove unsuitable may be returned for credit or exchanged if they are received by ourselves within 7 days of the despatched date. Subject to the following conditions
1 : item/s are returned carriage paid.
2 : item/s are received in a resaleable condition.
3 : items are returned complete with all packaging in a good condition, we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced.
4 : we cannot accept any item/s which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your own specifications for returns.
5 : all returns are to be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice that the reurn products were invoiced on.
6 : all returns are accompanied by a letter statin the reason for returning the item/s.
7 : Peter Lloyd Rallying LTD are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied goods or parts.
8 : Any returns that need to be credited back to your credit card, will be handled directly with Peter Lloyd Rallying Ltd.
